These terms explain how you may use SoMyung.
1. Nature of the Service
SoMyung provides temperament analysis using Saju and AI. Results are reference materials only and are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.
2. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information.
- Enter child data only if you are the parent or legal guardian with authority to do so.
- Do not use the report as the sole basis for important decisions.
3. Free and Paid Services
The free preview is shown on screen. Paid or promo reports are generated after payment or a valid promo code and may be provided on screen, as PDF, and by email.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed through PayPal. Refund or cancellation rights may be limited after digital report generation begins. Contact support@somyung.cc for payment errors or duplicate charges.
5. Intellectual Property
The service UI, content, report structure, and brand assets belong to the operator. You may use your report for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Changes and Availability
The service may change or pause for maintenance, security, third-party outages, or legal compliance.
